    Default iTouch 2g 32gb
    Ok so I got a 2nd gen 32gb iTouch and it wouldnt turn on.I let it charge for an hour then it turned on but didnt boot up.It showed the apple logo for hours.I then tried a restore and it loaded the ipsw file and proceeded.I noticed it was taking a while to load up the restore progress on the iTouch.Then iTunes said "Waiting For iPod"The progress bar never moves and I am beyond frustrated.Any help or pointers?I tried to use redsnow to go into pwned DFU mode but it doesnt give me the option to do so.

    Did you put it in DFU mode before restoring?
    Do you have the latest version of iTunes?
    Have you tried restoring on another computer?

    Yes I tried multiple times in DFU mode.Also multiple computers and I am no stranger to restoring/jailbreaking/unlocking.This is the first real issue I've had.I am suspecting it's some software issue with the iTouch itself.I just restored another 2nd gen iTouch with the same firmware and it went through.
