ik but its like, urgent...and i'm deleting the other one, as it's not as good.

i need this solved fast, cuz i only have like 24 hours until they scrap my ipod, and i don't want to pay for a new one

Well, here's the lowdown,

My iPod won't turn on unless I plug it in, and even then, it will only stay on the boot screen for 10-15 seconds, and then it crashes. Plus, I can't do anything about it, because my PC sees the iPod as an "Unknown Device" and that it doesn't have the driver installed, which it is. Please help?
