It doesn't matter if it's jailbroken or not.
Once they see the iPhone has been in contact with a liquid (that includes milk) they will just give the iPhone back to you and void your warranty.
No matter how much you restore, your warranty is still voided because of the liquid damage.

I've heard of people getting it worked out with apple when they get it water damaged. I heard someone say that they went in and apple offered to fix it for a ridiculas prics or give him a new one for 150, it's worth going in and checking our options
