Default HELP 160x errors when attempting to restore iPod touch 4g 5.1 with iTunes
My iPod gets stuck on the connect to iTunes screen when attempting to restore and I get a 160x error. Just got 1602.
I have to use tinyumbrella to get it off of the connect to iTunes screen.

iTunes is up to date, and restarting my computer will not help.

Yes I've reinstalled iTunes and all related components. Just attempted to restore again and got error 1601.

    Attempted another restore. Error 3194.

Oh This Same Thing Just Happened To Me And The Fix Was I Cant Believe It Because I Tried It Some Many Times 1st Go To Tiny Umbrella And Uncheck Set Hosts To Cydia Then Put Your iPod Into DFU Mode By
Hold Power Button For 3 Seconds then For 10 seconds without releasing power hold home then release power and hold home for 15 seconds then click itunes and shift(alt) Restore and download an ios 5.1 stock ipsw for your device and select it. it should work.

Or You Can go Into Redsnow and click extras exit recovery loop
