iOS AirPlay Brought to Google TV With New Airtight App

If you are for some reason the owner of a Google TV, you can now rejoice (a little) with access to Airtight, an app that allows AirPlay streaming. This means that iOS device owners will now be able to stream photos and video to Google TV over WiFi. This of course comes with its own set of limitations.
As pointed out by The Mac Observer, the $0.99 app doesn’t allow mirroring or the streaming of any content with DRM. This means that movies and TV shows purchased from the iTunes Store are out of the question. As of right now, this app also doesn’t support music streaming, which is another reason why this might deter some users.
The developers have mentioned that they are looking into the possibility of streaming music and even went as far as admitting there is quite a bit of work that has to be done. The reviews thus far say that the app is stable and works well though.
If you happen to give it a shot, let us know what you think by sharing your thoughts and opinions below!

I own GoogleTV. With it's Adobe Flash capabilities i am able to go to any bootlegging or viral video website I can possibly think of. Seen every major fight, gaming event, and just released to theaters movie this year for free on my big screen. Fresh out the box, no JB/Rooting needed. Any reason to switch to Apple?
