iTunes 9 Crashing, Failing to Sync with iPod classic

AppleInsider leads with reports, as user complaints on Apple Support forums begin to mount, of crashes under Snow Leopard when trying to sync their iPod classics, and inability to sync or recognize the iPod under different operating systems.
One fix that seems to work in some circumstances is to reset the iPod to factory settings. However, reports have surfaced of the iPod still not syncing with iTunes 9.
Please post problem reports and fixes, if you find them, in comments.

iTunes 9 crashes my Windows 7 :-( BSOD
I may be playing music for a while then itunes crashes it. Im sure its itunes, I even reinstalled Windows 7 in a new hard drive and put the music files in a different hard drive and still crashes it. I may be playing music for a while normally and then it crashes the pc to bsod randomly. Sometimes it crashes it even at starting itunes. I've not used itunes for the past 3 days and have not seen the bsod.
If anyone knows what is going on please tell me and if there is a fix :-)

I really just joined to tell this jerk to **** off, go outside and get some friends. You can clearly see that the title of the thread is clearly "iTunes crashing, failing to sync with iPod classic," not bag some other dude for his spelling. He was right, you do need a life to troll an online forum telling people to spell right or you will be super disappointed, I really hate people like you.
Another reason I registered, is because I'm having this problem with my iTunes 9 and my new iPod 160gb.
If anyone has found a fix it'll be a real help to tell us, there doesn't seem to have been a fix so far, this is the only site google came up with, and no one actually solved this either so technically the thread is still open :P
cheers,Last edited by firee; 10-11-2009 at 04:42 AM.
