If you want some of them then back up them up in itunes and after you restore and jailbreak select the ones you want and sync them back on your ipod. I'm not quite sure about the legal aspects of jailbreaking, you might want to ask one of the moderators about it or someone else thats been around jailbreaking longer than i have.

I went on Cydia and it was saying I shouldn't have downloaded Icy while jailbreaking so I restored my ipod. I can't seem to get in DFU mode, iTunes keeps detecting my iPod and turns it on. Then when I follow the steps on RedSn0w. (The counting part) it says that the device is not detected? What am I doing wrong??

Yea, most people have problems when they download icy and cydia. When you plug your ipod in to your computer and after itunes comes up and turns your ipod on (if it's already off) close itunes and shut your ipod off, and make sure nothing else is open and that your ipod is shutdown. then run redsn0w triple check each step by step and that should take care of it. Oh and before you do that restore your ipod again (i know you already did but hell it couldnt hurt).
One more thing i thought of, go into your itunes and set it up to not automatically open when your ipod is plugged in, that should take care of the itunes turning it on when its detected."the duck refused medical attention" reported local police.

Wow thanks sooo much, my other question is when I started running cydia it asked to update, I tried the two updates but it kept saying error? Is it because I had Icy?

No problem man, glad i could help. Yea that could be a possibility. I think its easiest to just have cydia alone because its an awesome program that is well made to operate smoothly with no problems. i havent had a single problem yet using just cydia.
