Dude- does luxPro even realize that trademark and copyright protection is worldwide? I know that in some countries (not naming one with a flag that looks like target) things of that nature are simply overlooked for any price, but if caught lux will be fined here in the states for stealing the look of the ipod and it's copyright infringements.
Oh, what a cute lion, maybe he will be friendly if I go and infringe on his territory- just like christian the lion.
