how to transfer music from iPod nano 1st gen to PC

Hi All,

My wife has an iPod nano 1st gen with lots of music on it and I recently gave her my old iPhone 1st gen since I bought a 3G iPhone and now she wants the music from the old iPod 1st on the iPhone, How can I get the music from the old iPod nano 1st gen onto either my PC or the iPhone 1st gen?

You can use Senuti, (itunes spelt backwards) free to use for Mac or Windows, will place it back on your pc. Music only will not do contacts.

If you are on Windows, I would recommend you CopyTrans 3 or xPort if you run a Mac. Hope that helps.

Hi! I'm not sure of your situation, but you could just download iTunes from apple.com and sync it from your iPod nano then to your iPhone, but if tat doesn't help, then you can try using iDump. Hope this helped!

CopyTrans 4 to move everything from the iPod to iTunes...worked for me.
