Wow, thanks for the instructions. Got the compact flash installed, restored the mini, add music, charged battery to full. No sound...any suggestions? I also have a silver colored foam piece I believe belongs by the connector at bottom of ipod, that is where it appears to be in your video? Once again thanks for the directions, they were easy to follow.

I bought a transcend 133x 32 gb compact flash card and i can't get it to work with my ipod mini 2nd generation.
I tried formatting and partitioning.

Is there an expert here who can teach me how?
