Split the Headphones and Microphone for PC use

Anybody know if such an adapter works ?

It would take your Apple earphones with Mic integrated as input and and split the eadphones and the mic in two outuput so you could plug them both in their respective Audio Out and Mic In of your computer(PC, MAC, Laptop)...

This way you could use your Iphone earphones to Skype or iChat on your PC

I've done some research but havn't found anything yet....

I'm also wondering how this could work for something like Skype or voice chat or something like Ventrilo.
