    Question apple ears + micophone
i actually have a question about the mic in the ears for the ipod.

the ipod has no mic in itself, but you can connect one built in the ears for the ipod. the problem is, i want to use the microphone, but still use the built in speakers. now the sound go's through the ears when i use the microphone. how can i change this?

you cannot, since the headset plugs into the headphone jack, therefore disabling the speakers.

even standalone mics will disable the speaker.

hmm... strange. its also strange why there isn't a mod in the cydia store for it. in the "Talking Carl" app, you can plug in your mic, but the internal speakers are used. the app disables the ears but uses the microphone. that is why i think it is strange that a mod for it just doesn't exist
