2G iPod Touch Screen Protectors on 1G Touch

They don't seem to make Touch 1G screen protectors anymore. Will 2G screen protectors fit?

Im pretty sure that you can get a 2G screen protector and it will fit on the iPod Touch 1G

I think the hard case won't fit it, only leather and silicone iPod cases that can adjust to the size. The 2nd gen's back part is a bit curved the 1st gen is flat. You can consider looking into iFanatic’s ipod cases, I just purchased one… the material they use is called cashmere silicone. It is perfect for me - does not make the iPod any bulkier and the screen is still as clear.
