Not that what you're saying is untrue, it well might be - but don't you think you come across a tad arrogant?

I think personally that DJ's such as the winners of the DMC comp are equally, if not more talented than people in heavy metal bands (bar Maynard from tool) . Remember, the talent lies in the person, no matter what Genre, you cant compare 1:1 DJ'ing with Playing Guitar, they both have the ability to be taken to a level almost impossible to achieve by your average punter.

There is no way in hell you can say someone who only has to scratch a table and maybe move around a few tracks is anywhere near as talented as someone who is singing or playing the guitar. Sorry I just don't see it nor agree with it.

I can come off like my poop don't stink cause I lived a hard life and everything I gained is out of hard work. When I was told as a pot head I won't get nowhere let's see I'm pretty much set for life. And still a pot smoking fiend. But I always know that there someone better than me and there is. I just know I play bass and drums and I'll tell you its harder to play them then put a few records on a turn table and have a beat machine. You try to play a 45 minute set on the drums. I seen dj they do more dancing and hopping around. I seen many DJs even some off the best at the time like Paul Oakenfold and even got to see dj nikki and that girl has a rack. But I personally don't like techno and any other genre of that type but I'll still listen to the stuff at a club and if a mofo can play I give them credit cause hey I can play drums and the bass but I haven't tried to spin something. But even my buddy rags on me cause I tell me the same thing he loves techno. And he's no dj but he spins some stuff but hey his still not metal to me.
I said I wouldnt talk more about this so put a end to it.

remember this metal music can be compared to let's say rap or techno. Rappers only have to sing techno spin a few records. Metal you need a drummer, bassist, lead and/or rythmn guitars and maybe a singer. On top of that singing and playing a guitar is even harder. I won't ever diss jazz, punk, blues,metal or any other genre that uses actual instruments. Only talent rappers have is rapping about the same stuff no rappers is different for one to the other.

Tool sucks there not metal there mainstream alternative

one more thing comps don't count cause if you want to involve that then still a guitarist would smoke any dj in a competition. A beatbox person has more talent then a dj listen to the song "if your mother only knew". I can remember the beat boxer but he whooped @$$.

Look up dj Q-bert, If you can tell me what he does isn't skilled musicianship, I don't know what is. And when he speaks of the DMC comp their more using the tables as an instrument than just mixing. Anyway just do your research next time.

on our last show on friday we had-
korg keybord/drum machine/bongo drums /sax/and a singer on some tracks who pereformed live / so that being said dj's dont just spin records they do a lot more...
im not taking anything from a drummer /singer/ guitarist or etc. i respect every musician , every style metal/rock/hip hop etc. they r all awsome .. i just love music any kind of music well except counry lol.....

Yea your right about that I tried to end it and its starts all over again.
I like all music myself too not to fond of country either and rap.
but anyways back to the point yes I want to see if I can get to improve. I know peoples biggest problem right now is you still need to put your application back on after the firmware update wit pwnage. Dev team hasn't release it for there version I know cmw will release the code for his version. So I'll start there. And there has to be a way since apple will soon have the app store. You know they'll release more firmware updates down the line so they will have to have a cure for that. Cause I can't see people who go the honest route dl there apps every few months. Cause they have to update there firmware then redownload there app. But then again I think you can save them to iTunes not to sure. Also have a few surpises up my selves for people let us. I need really look at the source code find out a few key detail. Mainly for windows user mac will be a little easier once I figure out some of the key parts

right now I'm making my own version of idols cause the one that's out is in bad shape his algorithm is all messed up you can max out your money in one day by exiting out of the program then going back into it plus if u even play the honest way you can max out you Monet pretty quick. I can't let dope wars name get trashed. I ask him nicely to hand me the code for that just to improve the algorithms and he can take the credit I don't care about that I want people to have fun with the game so I'm sorta glad winpwn not out yet. Since I have my c version of dopewars I'm right now portin it to obj-c .

My iPhone is 1.0.2 Unlocked and Jailbroken.
I assume I have to clean restore to use the PwnageTool. However I'd like to be sure I'd be doing it correctly. I've looked around the Guides on this site and have not been able to find one that specifies 1.0.2 clean restore.

The end result I'd like is to upgrade from 1.0.2 (jailbroken and unlocked) to a clean, jailbroken, unlocked 1.1.4.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Are u goin to use the mac version of pwnage or winpwn? Need to know before I can answer you question. But really basically no matter what one you use just update your firmware to 1.1.4 no jailbreak nothin like that unless you are using another carrier but still you can run bootneuter and what ever to unlock the phone. Throw more info at me I can get u up and running

mount disks01 failed. I keep getting this dooring the initial pwning proses. I get this and then it reboots like nothing even happened.

Im on a mac using pwnagetool 1.1. any ideas?
