I find it quite troubling that so many people that would not have a jailbroken/unlocked iPhone/Touch are so quick to curse the Dev Team and call them sell-outs without really knowing the truth or taking a moment to think. Even if it were true and they were offered a pile of money for their intellectual property, I say good for them. They have proved themselves to be honourable, kept their word, and have worked for the benefit of the iPhone community.

All you witch-hunters/burners out there, tell me that you would turn down a large monetary offer for work that you have been doing for the past year (for free) so quickly? I bet most of you would take the deal. So much for notions like "trust" and "loyalty". Whatever the outcome, thanks Dev Team for all the various version of Jailbreak, AnySIM, and soon for Pwnage.

Funny thing thou, seeing all the reactions all over the web!

I say "we" as a sort of fellowship of hackers,(me going back to the early 80s according to others! dumdiudum.)

I have no part of the iphone dev team, but they have struck me as a very dedicated, thight group of people that have set out to liberate everything locked, that relates to the iphone and ipod touch (PSP,xbox,PS3 and so on).
