Dev Team found the exploit months ago. If you remember, the Gunlock was out BEFORE ZiPhone, so that means they did crack 4.6!

"...zibri but he def keeps his word" Zibri was kicked out of the dev team, took their code, wrapped a shell script around it and stuck a GUI on top... then stuck it in a blog (instead of mmi or irc) so he could get ad-click money. What a douche. Any 3rd rate developer can do that. Zibri's wonderful app is wrapper for gunlock (something he didn't write or participate in).

I'm curious when it will actually be released now. I guess the suit was over releasing modified firmwares. The dev team will probably have to release any custom firmwares as IPS patches or something so that they aren't distributing Apple's code. Just a guess.
