Here's a thought if part of this has to do with the lockdownd. Cant they make a dummy lockdownd file and let the 1.1.1 recognize the bad lockdownd file and we create a 1.1.2 update ofr the other file... just a thought... or vise versa

the jailbreak will be kindof worthless if nothing works on it i mean what a bummer would it be if everything had to start all from scratch you know? that would suck but hopefully they will have installer working on it and thats all we need or at least i do... ifuntastic would be nice but that might be pushing it.

ok now i'm scared... i seriously want to mod my iphone to at least have custom applications, themes and ringtones but do NOT want to be in the situation that I was previously with the phone being sent to apple. i have a new iphone now and am waiting for the one that I sent to apple to be replaced (crossing fingers).

any word of wisdom? I have AT&T service

why would you care about downgrading?

They'll manage to find an unlock for this one, I can't wait for IPSF to try they're Application simfree on 1.1.1.
If it works, my god, it would be awesome.
