Hi rohit_baba,

I tried that line command in Term-vt100 twice and the mail still gives the same error message.

Would it be any different if I went in through putty and winscp as you suggested?

Gave me the spinning wheel of death on the first (and second) time I tried it, Ziphone never did. It is supposed to install programs for you, but I never got that far

After the first SWOD did you restore and set the phone up as NEW in iTunes? Just asking b/c if not restoring from a back-up image and then re-jailbreaking with a different method can cause this and other issues.

i used ziphone on my iphone and i tryed this to jailbreak and install the installer on my friends touch but the installer does not show up any help?

It worked great the first time on my OTB 1.1.3 touch. At first it tried to put my iPod into restore mode and it didn't work. FWIW, I chose then chose the option to manually restore the iPod by holding the home button and then connecting the iPod to the computer (all while holding the home button). It was smooth sailing from there. Thanks modmyi and whoever made the app!

My email and youtube weren't working at first. I restored again and used ziphone JAILBREAK ONLY since I am on ATT. Both worked since then.

POSITIVE results!

this program did everything it said in under 10 minutes.

Everything was working except the t-mobile internet hack but I got it to work using the 1.1.3 app on installer.app

So, I have a 1.1.4 iPhone (OTB 1.0.2) and by experimenting, ZiPhone changed my bootloader from 3.9 to 3.9 FB. I am slightly scared if this will get in the way of future updates from Apple, and I wonder if there will be any issues, can I upgrade my bootloader to a Standard 4.6 and save my Precious iPhone. (I'm on AT&T and I was able to relock my phone after an experimental ZiPhone Unlock) By the way, all of my phone's features work (and It's jailbroken).

ZiPhone doesn't mess with 3.9 at all. Do you mean iLiberty+ changed you to 3.9FakeBank? ZiPhone only downgdrades 4.6 to 3.9.....Doesn't touch a 3.9 bootloader...........
