Lines for the iPhone 6 Already Begin to Form at Apple's Flagship 5th Ave Store in NYC
Much like what happens every year in various locations around the world, customers that are hoping to purchase one of Apple’s new iPhones have already started to line up at the flagship Apple Store on 5th Avenue in New York City. As of right now, the event is still five days away. Apple is expected to announce both a 4.7 and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 at the event along with its much-anticipated wearable device and a mobile payment initiative. The next-gen iPhone is expected to ship to consumers mid-September and is mainly what people are lining up for already.
Many of the customers lining up are doing so as part of a publicity stunt to help gain recognition for their companies. They already know that by waiting on line this early, they are going to gain media attention. One thing that appears to be a changing trend is that the early campers seem to be arriving earlier and earlier each year in order to outdo those from the previous years. Last year, campers started showing up around September 6th to reserve a spot for the iPhone 5S/5C launch but this year, people seem to be lining up a few days earlier.
As many of you probably already know, Apple’s iPhone 6 event will take place on Tuesday, September 9th which is when we’ll have more concrete information about Apple’s fall lineup.
Will you be lining up to buy the iPhone 6?

Have been purchasing iDevices since iPhone 1st Gen, but with the recent release of the Xiaomi and One PlusOne, I feel that Apple is selling Lamborginis with a Fiat engine under the hood. Who gives a f*** about what material is used for the iPhone... drop any smartphone a couple times and it is bound to break! The Mi4 is a blatant copy of the iPhone 5/5S, but they did it at half the cost!
The only reason I have for sticking to the iDevice range is because of the close integration of OSX and iOS... plus the number of Apps I've purchased.
I feel Apple is on a down hill since the past couple of years... Sad! Really wanted them to be innovative and cost effective with their devices

Do they not work?

Guys.... these first four people are professional line sitters and are promoting products, apps, and services. They are getting paid and provided food. It's just for publicity.
