Apple Reportedly Solves iPhone 6 Battery Issues
Taiwan's Economic Daily News is reporting that Apple has successfully addressed and resolved a rumored battery issue imperiling production of its next generation flagship iPhone 6.
So how did Apple fix the problem? They partnered with a new supplier.
"Reportedly, one of the main issues with iPhone 6′s battery is the fact that Apple intends on creating a light and extremely thin device," GforGames reported Tuesday. "With not enough room to go by, battery suppliers have had a difficult time figuring out how they can provide a good enough battery for the next gen iPhone."
Given the complexity of the production process, someone Apple had counted on to get the job done dropped the ball. Dynapack, the battery supplier for Apple's iPhone 5, didn't get the job done as commissioned. And, if this information is accurate, that explains why Apple went looking for a new partner to make it happen.
Consequently, we've learned today from Taiwanese media that Apple's new supplier is Simplo. The company is said to be one of only two battery suppliers for the iPhone 6 (the other is Desai). Although Apple is reportedly optimistic about Desai and Simplo coming through, Desai is allegedly still struggling to get the job done for Apple.

Or both rumors are bogus. Never was a problem nor a solution.
