Default PayPal iOS App Updated With Faster Login, Loyalty Cards, Bug Fixes, and More

If you're using the popular mobile PayPal application for iOS, then check your App Store updates, because the application has received an update that many are likely to enjoy!

In the latest version of the application, which is version 5.5, PayPal's mobile iOS application now offers a much faster login so that you aren't waiting forever to check your PayPal balances. The application now also supports loyalty cards, allowing you to store virtual versions of what would normally make your wallet fat and awkward to carry around with you.

PayPal has discontinued the check-scanning feature in this update, likely due to security reasons, but has continued to offer users with the ability to add money to the PayPal balance from the user's bank account.

Those updating will also find themselves with a healthy number of bug fixes that improve the application's reliability and performance. Existing users of the PayPal application for iOS will find this update under the Updates tab in the App Store application. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of PayPal for iOS for free from this App Store link.

And the app still sucks. Since the update before this I cannot login. At least this update tells me why...they don't support their own security key with their app...
