'HandsFree' Lets You Answer Phone Calls With a Wave of Your Hand
Sometimes you get phone calls from people at inconvenient times, such as when your hands are all dirty after working on a car or cooking, or when you're driving and you need your hands to be operating the car and not your phone.
A new jailbreak tweak called HandsFree by iOS developer SamBall is now available that makes it so that you can answer incoming calls, whether they're phone calls, FaceTime calls, or FaceTime Audio calls, by just waving your hand in front of your device without the need to touch it.
The tweak achieves this by using the device's proximity sensor to detect when you wave your hand in front of the device. When it sees your hand, it will answer the phone call and automatically enable speaker phone (since you won't be using your hands to hold the device up to your face/ear anyways).
You can configure a few of the tweak's options from the preferences pane that is added to the Settings application after installing the tweak:
From here, you can enable or disable the tweak on demand, choose whether or not you still want to use speaker phone mode when a headset is connected, configure a hand wave speed for sensitivity reasons, configure how many times you need to wave for the call to be answered while locked, and configure how many times you need to wave for the call to be answered while unlocked.
It's worth mentioning that this tweak was only made for the iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, and iPhone 5s. The tweak is not intended to work on older iPhones. It's also only intended for iOS 7.1 and later, so you will need to be jailbroken with Pangu to use this tweak. If you need to know how to update to iOS 7.1.2 and jailbreak with the latest version of Pangu, you can follow our guide at this link.
Even with the tweak installed, you can still just tap on the green answer button if you WANT to.
If you would like to give HandsFree a try, it's available right now in Cydia's BigBoss repository for just 99¢. We can tell you from our testing that this tweak works very nicely, and it's nicely integrated into the call-answering interface itself. We can definitely recommend this tweak to people that need a way to answer phone calls when their hands are tied!
Requirements: iPhone 5 or later, iOS 7.1-7.1.2
Tested on: iPhone 5 running iOS 7.1.2

someone important calls you at an inconvenient time.
And in all honesty, you could even wave with your feet if you wanted to.
Edit: or worse it's in your pocket

I used this for taking pictures and found it to be pretty cool until i was taking pics that i didn't want haha. Its a cool tweak yes but not one I would end up using. I would probably answer a lot of calls i didn't want to answer.
