In this post, we're going to take you through ten great free games and applications for iOS from the App Store to help keep you the loop of some neat free games and applications – and hey; feel free to download them and give them a try!

1. Sky Force 2014
Sky Force 2014 is a flying gave where you try to collect stars as you fly through levels and blast your way through obstacles and enemies. You'll be able to collect different items that upgrade your fighting weapons so that you're equipped to blast you way through the level, and you can even upgrade shields and more. As you blast through stuff, your score goes up. You can compare scores against other players in a weekly tournament to try and compete to make your way to the top. The graphics are nice, and the game play is even nicer – be sure to give this game a try!

2. Angry Birds Star Wars II
Angry Birds Star Wars II was just announced to be free starting today, and this games takes the best of the Angry Birds world and the best of the Star Wars world, and combines them together for the ultimate game play. You can take advantage of regular physics, as well as NASA's space physics in this game, as you take out the porkers with the birds and vice versa. You'll try to collect three stars in each level – the amount of stars depending on how much damage you do, and how little resources you use. Like any Angry Birds game, Angry Birds Star Wars II is a great time-killer, and now that its free, it's worth grabbing and playing for yourself!

3. No One Dies
No One Dies is a platform running game where you will be met with obstacles that you need to jump over in order to survive. If you run into any of the obstacles, your running stick figure will crash to its death. This game is named what it is because instead of only having one platform runner, you can control anywhere from two to five stick figures at once. Your skills will be challenged trying to keep all of your stick figures alive at once and keep yourself running as long as possible. Game Center is supported so that you can compare scores on the leader boards, and you can pick your own difficulty that you want to play. It's a great challenging game to pass time and test your skills, so give it a whirl!

Overswipe is a handy security application that makes it so that when you go to share a few photos with someone, they don't go swiping too far through your Camera Roll and see images that you don't want them to see. Instead, this application lets you pick the images from your Camera Roll that you want to show someone (a maximum of 5 for the free version of the application), and they will only be able to swipe through those five photographs instead of your entire Camera Roll. You can upgrade the application to add password protection and lift the five photograph limit. It's a nice way to prevent people from seeing photographs you don't want them to see, and a great way to let people see photographsyou do what them to see.

5. Balance of the Shaolin
Balance of the Shaolin is a game where you attempt to help your character stay balanced on whatever platform he is standing on. Wind and flying objects will attempt to disrupt your balance, so it's up to you to tap on either side of the display to return balance to your character. You will have to keep your character balanced for 30 seconds to beat a level. This is definitely a game that you will want to try because it challenges your skills and passes time – not to mention, it's only free for a limited time!

Rainblocks is a game that tests your puzzle skills by making you put blocks of the same color together. You'll be given a certain amount of time, so you'll also be testing your speed. You'll have to move blocks around, but you can only move them in certain ways, so that's where the skill comes in. It's definitely worth taking a look at, and if you need a time-killer, this is the game you've been looking for.

7. Fit the Fat
Fit the Fat is a skill-based game where you make a fat guy jump rope to lose weight. You'll tap on the screen to make him jump, and you'll need to time the jump with the jump rope just right so that he goes over the rope. As you successfully jump the rope, your fat guy will start to lose weight. As your character loses extreme amounts of weight, you will see him transform into a fit person. When you don't time the jump rope correctly, it's game over and you'll have to start over again. This is a fun mobile game to help you pass time and it can get addictive as you try to beat your best scores.

Watercolors is a puzzle game that will make you study your color charts all over again. In this game, you need to mix colors to make your way down a line so that you can reach the destination. You need to mix the correct colors to advance, so this is where knowing your colors will help you. There are time trials, challenges, and more that you can work through, so this game will provide you with hours of game play and entertainment. It's worth taking a look at if you enjoy puzzle games, or painting!

9. SONIC BANG
SONIC BANG is a concentration game in which you need to take out an enemy before they can take you out. You will be standing in a room, and as the doors open up, you'll see an enemy that you will need to immediately tap on in order to shoot them down. If you don't shoot them down fast enough, they'll get you first, and that's no good. The game tests not only your concentration, but your speed, so if you're interested in testing your abilities, give SONIC BANG a try!

10. Supra RPG
Supra RPG is a role playing game in which you will run around and take out enemies. You'll be running round in what feels like a platform game, and you can tap to jump and use your weapons to take out enemies. It's a nice free game for role playing game fans!
