New Video Purportedly Provides Clues About iPhone 6
A new 4-minute video is making its way around the tech blogosphere today after first surfacing on French blog nowhereelse.fr.
In the brief clip, we see what is professed to Apple's new sapphire solution for the iPhone 6 display.
If the video is legitimate, it comes as confirmation of the long-rumored flexible sapphire display cover finally replacing Corning's Gorilla Glass.
Affirming the 4.7 inch iPhone 6 model, the clip demonstrates how malleable the material is under pressure, proving the tech at work will make the next-gen flagship iPhone the most cutting edge to date, at least with regard to its display.
Of course, the video could be nothing more than a counterfeit demonstration, particularly given that the vid's origins remain shrouded in mystery. While we know for a fact that Apple is developing gobs of flexible sapphire, the bulk of today's output could be meant for the so-called iWatch, not the iPhone 6.

Can't gorilla glass flex a little like that? I'm pretty sure Apple showed it in stress tests.
How do we know the piece in the clip isn't just a nice piece of plastic?
