Default 10 Great Free Apps and Games for iOS June 26th Edition [Video]

In this post, we're going to take you through ten great free games and applications for iOS from the App Store to help keep you the loop of some neat free games and applications and hey; feel free to download them and give them a try!

If you missed our previous 10 Great Free Apps and Games for iOS, you can head over to this link to read our June 19th edition.

    1. Avoid The Circles

Avoid The Circles is an addictive game where you play as a dot; you move down a path full of circles that try to run into you, and your job is to avoid the circles and not let them touch you for as long as you possibly can. It gets pretty hard and addicting as you try to beat your high score. It seems that the game gets harder and harder as you play. It's a great game for killing some time.

Avoid The Circles can be downloaded for free from this App Store link.

    2. TwoDots

Another game that we'd like to show you, which has been getting a lot of attention lately, is TwoDots. This is a puzzle game where you attempt to draw lines between same-colored dots on the board to clear those dots from the board. You can only draw together dots that are right next to each other, and they can't be diagonal. You can make boxes for additional board-clearing power too. As you progress, you will find new puzzles to tease your mind. The game gives you five lives, and if you don't complete a puzzle in a certain amount of moves, you will lose a life. You'll have to wait for your lives to re-gain to play again, or you can take advantage of in-app purchases to buy more lives.

TwoDots can be downloaded for free from this App Store link.

    3. Google Translate

If you find yourself in the need of translating text from one language to another all the time, then look no further than a popular application called Google Translate. You can use this application to go from one language to another, and the application can even speak the other language to you so you can hear what it sounds like.

Google Translate can be downloaded for free from this App Store link.

    4. InstaSize

Since many of us like taking photos with our iOS devices, we can also recommend a free application called InstaSize. This application lets you edit your photographs before you share them with other people. It comes with built-in options like borders, filters, and more, and you can share them to many social networks including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (you can even e-mail or message them). Since it's free, it's a nice way to spice up your photographs before everyone sees them.

InstaSize can be downloaded for free from this App Store link.

    5. Don't Tap The Color Tiles

This is another game we thought we'd show you called Don't Tap The Color Tiles. The game scrolls through various tiles on your display and it will tell you what ones not to tap. You will have to tap on every tile except for what you're told not to tap on, and it will scroll faster and faster as you go on through the game, making it harder to play. When you tap on a tile that you weren't supposed to tap on, your game will end and you'll have to start over. It's a nice time-killer game for the occasional bored moment.

Dont Tap The Color Tiles can be downloaded for free from this App Store link.

    6. iHeartRadio

If you're a music lover like us, then you might be able to benefit from an application called iHeartRadio. This application lets you tune into your favorite radio stations, which can be streamed from the Internet. You can use these radios for alarm clocks, sleep timers, or you can just listen to music whenever you're feeling it. It's great for anyone that has a favorite radio station on the radio, and you can take all of your favorite radio stations with you, whether you have a radio or not.

iHeartRadio can be downloaded for free from this App Store link.

    7. Grub

Another game you might like you check out is one called Grub. In this game you will play as a worm and try to collect apples and power-ups by tilting your device. You will avoid running into things that could potentially harm you too. As you eat apples, you will grow, but when you run into things that can harm you, you will shrink. There are little critters that run around trying to make the game harder for you that you can defeat with power-ups that you'll collect along with the apples. Overall, it's a pretty neat time-killing game.

Grub can be downloaded for free from this App Store link.

    8. PlunderNauts

Yet another game for you iOS gamers out there is one called PlunderNauts. In this game, you will play as a space ship in outer space, and you'll battle other space ships. You will shoot them down, but there's a catch; they're flying all around you and you can only shoot at them if they're in range to be shot at. You can move your space ship around to get in range, and you can use power-ups like shields and weapons to take them down. You and your enemies both have a certain amount of health, so the last one standing wins.

PlunderNauts can be downloaded for free from this App Store link.

    9. Captain America: The Winter Soldier - The Official Game

Recently named Apple's App of the Week, Captain America: The Winter Soldier is another cool game worth taking a look at. You will try to get three stars in each level, and at the beginning of each level, you will get three objectives that you need to meet to get those three stars. You'll run around taking out enemies, calling on your team for help as needed. The game offers both single player and multiplayer modes for you to test your skills in. Playing the game is pretty simple, find your enemies and take them out using the combat buttons on your screen.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier - The Official Game can be downloaded for free from this App Store link.

Last but not least, we'll be showing you TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION - The Official Game. In this game, you will be given missions that you'll have to complete. You can go running around as a transformer, or drive around as a car. When you come up to enemies, you'll want to put an end to them as you go along, trying not to die in the process. There are combat buttons on the display, as well as power-ups to collect for more power. It's worth checking out, and its a really nice game for the free price tag.

TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION - The Official Game can be downloaded for free from this App Store link.
