'OkSiri' Brings Always-on Voice Recognition to iOS for Launching Siri
Siri can be a very useful feature on any of your iOS devices, but it would be pretty cool to be able to use your voice, rather than a Home Button, to launch Siri, being that she is a voice assistant. A new free jailbreak tweak dubbed OkSiri by iOS developer Jay Zuerndorfer will make it so you can Activate Siri by the sound of your voice.
The tweak makes use of Activator, and will use two of your Activator actions – a new one that the tweak adds, and a pre-existing Activator action of your choice:
You will need to assign one of your pre-existing Activator actions to "OkSiri" so that you can enable or disable the tweak on demand. The "Heard Keyword" Activator action needs to be assigned to "Virtual Assistant" so that when you mention the keywords, Siri will be opened. Whenever you have OkSiri enabled, a microphone icon will appear in your Status Bar, as shown below:
At any time, you can invoke the Activator action that you assigned to OkSiri to disable the tweak when you don't need it, and this will help preserve your battery life since your device won't have to continue listening for your keywords.
The tweak seems to work rather well, and you can set your own keywords from the tweak's preferences pane in the Settings application:
With the tweak enabled, if you speak the words that you put into this preferences pane slowly and audibly, the tweak will invoke Siri and let you begin using the virtual assistant.
If you would like to give OkSiri a try, it's available for free right now in Cydia's BigBoss repository. The tweak requires an iOS 7 device that has Siri capability and also requires Activator.
Requirements: iOS 7.0-7.0.6, Siri-enabled device, Activator
Tested on: iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.6
Developer: Jay Zuerndorfer

Got it working. The problem is it's not continuous. Once you ask siri one query, and siri answers, that's it. Siri no longer responds.
It's a good start attempt at this but needs more development.
Have had to respring to get it running.
Also fights-interferes with OKGOOGLE app. Will block OKGOOGLE at first.

On my iphone 5, once I installed OKSiri and despite not working for most of the time, my video option in camera disappeared . Removing it brings back my video option.
Sent from my iPhone using ModMyi

Hands free was much better and I miss it! Sucks when you buy a great tweak and the developer abandons it on the next iOS release.

Well, I got it working. It seems choosing a simple keyword like, duh! "Siri" works fine. Obviously the keyword voice recognition needs some work. Also, the person above is correct. The tweak is a one off. You have to disable via activator gesture then enable again for another one off. Since Siri can't understand most things I say without twisting it somehow, I'm sure between her and this tweak, might finally bring me to a whole other level of pissed off. Probably enough to chuck the phone out of the damn car window trying to get it to understand what address I'm looking for....
Good effort though, hopefully there will be some improvement later.
