'Vibe' Tells You the Time With Vibrations From Your iPhone
If you're somewhere where you don't want to be a distraction by taking your phone out of your pocket, such as in a movie theater, in class, or in a meeting, or if you're hard at seeing, but you want to know what time it is, then a new free Activator add-on called Vibe by iOS developer Phillip Tennen could really come in handy for you.
With it, you can make your iPhone vibrate to tell you the time. In this case, if the time is 12:36, then the iPhone will vibrate 12 times, then pause, then vibrate 3 times, then pause, and then vibrate 6 times. As another example, if the time is 1:29, then the iPhone will vibrate one 1 time, then pause, then vibrate two times, then pause, then vibrate 9 times.
With Vibe, you can assign the add-on an Activator action of your choice:
The vibrations will begin as soon as you invoke the Activator action that you choose.
If you would like to give Vibe a try, it's available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repository. It does require iOS 7 to be installed, and if you don't already have Activator installed, it will be installed along with Vibe. There are no other options to configure.
Requirements: iOS 7.0-7.0.6, Activator
Tested on: iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.6

If you're only going to have the phone tell you the time a couple of times a day, this really won't affect your battery at all because it only makes your iPhone vibrate when you call on the tweak via Activator.
