Default Analysts Point Towards One of Two Larger iPhone 6 Models

According to UBS analyst, Steve Milunovich, Apple may only be launching one of two larger sized iPhones this fall. Barron’s flagged a new research note based on Milunovich, who stated that Apple has a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch version of the dubbed iPhone 6 in the works. This is definitely bigger than the current iPhone 5S, which only has a 4-inch screen. Milunovich’s report agrees that Apple has two models in the works but is certain that only one will be released this fall:

... an “iPhone 6” is most likely to come in August or September, rather than June, in two different models, one with a 4.7-inch screen, one with a 5.5-inch screen. The smaller of the two, seems certain, but the 5.5-inch model may or may not launch at the same time and could be of the same resolution (lower pip), which would help app developers.
The analyst expects the next generation iPhone to be launched either in August or September, but is not certain about the 5.5-inch model. Milunovich has stated an extra detail claiming that the 5.5-inch model “could be of the same resolution” as the 4.7-inch version. He also claimed that the bigger version of the iPhone 6 might be of higher price compared to the standard versions being sold currently, which matches a report released earlier this month in regards to pricing.

Although Steve Milunovich has released new information on the next generation iPhone, there hasn’t really been any previous reports from this UBS analyst. So take it for what it is worth as iPhone 6 rumors and leaks will continue to flood the web while Apple is getting closer to production.

Either way I'm getting whatever's available

I like the dimensions of the iphone 5/5S as it fits perfectly in my hands.

But with the larger display, I hope they would increase it "just a bit".

I am so in. I was a bit disappointed we didn't see a larger screen with the last new release. Can't wait.

I agree. I really thought we would of had a larger screen with the 5S...

I will get the 4.7 inch screen. That is what my HTC ONE is and it works great. I think IMO the 5.5 would be huge.

4.7-4.9 would be ideal to me.

I have monster hands and even with my gargantuan paws 5.5 is too big for one hand use. 4.7 is perfect and comfy and can fit in a pair of skinny jeans, not that I wear skinny jeans, only mc hammer pants for me.

I think they can't increase the screen size "just a bit". I think they work in ratios so it will be like a 5 inch or a 5.5 inch display and stuff like that.

Is it just me or does the angle of the iphones make the dock icons sort of pop out
