One of the features of the iOS 7 App Store application that I never really use is the "Near Me" tab. In fact, I usually wish it wasn't there in the first place because I always end up tapping on it when I don't mean to, and many of you might be in the same boat.

If so, then a new free jailbreak tweak called NoNearMe by iOS developer Josh Doctors is now available for free in Cydia that will hide the Near Me tab from the App Store application, as shown above.

With the Near Me tab hidden from the App Store application's user interface, you will not be able to tab on it accidentally. The existing tabs are spaced out more to compensate for the space of the missing tab.

If you want to give NoNearMe a try, it's available for free right now in Cydia's BigBoss repository. The tweak doesn't come with any options to configure.
