Default 'NoUpdateCircles' Keeps Those Blue Update Dots From Showing in iOS 7

In iOS 7, when you update an application via the App Store, a blue dot will appear next to the application icon's name, as shown above. They don't disappear until you open the updated application at least once.

If you want to keep iOS 7 from showing those little blue dots next to the names of recently-updated applications, then you can install a new free jailbreak tweak called NoUpdateCircles by iOS developer Sassoty.

After installing the tweak, whenever you update an application via the App Store, you won't ever see one of those blue dots by the application icon names ever again.

The tweak adds a preferences pane to the Settings application where you can enable or disable the tweak on demand. Whenever you change this setting, a respring will be necessary, so a respring button is also included in the preferences pane:

NoUpdateCircles supports both 32-bit and 64-bit iOS 7 devices, and if you want to give the tweak a try, it's available for free in Cydia's BigBoss repository right now.

What a relief, those blue dots were such an annoyance. I have lost countless nights sleep over them. THANKS
