Default Highly Popular Springtomize 3 Tweak for iOS 7 Updated With a Number of New Features

If you jailbreak your iOS devices, then you've probably heard of Springtomize. The tweak is well-regarded in the jailbreak community as the ultimate all-in-one jailbreak tweak that does 'a little of everything.'

Springtomze 3 for iOS 7 was released about a month ago, and since then, Filippo Bigarella (the developer of the tweak) has been working hard to fine-tune the tweak and add more features.

On Thursday, the tweak has received yet another rather notable update that adds a variety of highly-demanded features, as well as a number of bug fixes. As far as new features are concerned, the tweak now includes lock animations for iPhone and iPod touch (such as the old T.V. animation), as well as Barrel-like animations for paging through your Home Screen application icons. Springtomize 3 has also been given features for controlling your application icon labels, as well as inactive application handling for your App Switcher.

With the biggest new feature appearing to be the Barrel-like paging animations for the home screen, we'll show you a little of what's inside:

Your animations for paging through the Home Screen's application icons include:

    • None
    • Rotate (clockwise)
    • Rotate (counter-clockwise)
    • Stairway up
    • Stairway down
    • Light fade
    • Fade in place
    • Time machine
    • Long leap
    • Stretch
    • Compress
    • Shrink
    • Vertical scroll (down)
    • Vertical scroll (up)
    • Roll page
    • Clash
    • Spread
    • Cube (inside)
    • Cube (outside)
    • Bubble
    • Alternate roll
    • Interlace
    • Tear apart
    • Shuffle
    • Come in and go down
    • Come in and go up

Here's an illustration of the Tear Apart animation:

Some of the new Lock Screen animations include the following:

    • None
    • Blur
    • Old T.V.
    • Zoom out
    • Slide away

Those looking for customization of the application icon labels will find new settings for changing the font and font size of the labels, with there being several different kinds of fonts (too many to list) to choose from.

Existing users of the Springtomize 3 jailbreak tweak will find the update under the Changes tab in the Cydia application right now for free. If you haven't purchased Springtomize 3 yet, it's available in Cydia's BigBoss repository for only $2.99. It's a $1.99 upgrade if you own previous versions of Springtomize.

I have this issue that the LS Clock disappears after updating Springtomize 3. I'm on iOS 7.0.5 iPhone 5s.
When disabling Springtomize, the clock reappears... Anyone had the same problem AND the answer?
    lol

    No issues here.

I think a lot of times it's other tweaks that conflict & the last tweak installed gets the blame.

Well I had this problem after updating Springtomize 3, so don't tell deleting other tweaks will fix the problem ^^
I still got the problem, didn't find any small fix update...anyone knows what version this should be?

EDIT// The update is out now, all good!

Clearly caused by some other tweak you have installed. Not to mention, why post in a thread about a tweak you don't run? Answer = troll.

Are you serious? Don't you think it's helpful to know that people are experiencing problems with it? I don't care if it's caused by another tweak or not. I'd want to be prepared if I'm going to spend money on it. He said he downloaded it and promptly deleted it because it was making his phone flip out. It's not like he just never tried it and came in here to talk smack.

Troll? Wow. First off I legitimately purchased the tweak instead of pirating it, so i have every right to post my opinion on it here. Secondly I tried it on my 5s and my freshly restored and jailbroken 4s with no other tweaks installed. And yes it has a lot of little bugs and glitches. Everyone has their own opinion on things and that's what these forums are for. So pull your panties out of your ***** bud.

What if I don't want the clock on the lock screen? I run the time in my slide to unlock space. That used to be an option to turn the clock on and off on the lock screen in springtomize 2. Will that option be added again?

It's there homie. All you have to do is select custom text and leave the field blank. Sigh...

Springtomize is a great tweak and should be one of the first you install after jailbreaking as it eliminates the need for many of the little tweaks that have come out since Christmas. Remember, fewer tweaks means fewer problems...
