'Icon Finder' Lets You Find Application Icons From SpotLight
When you search for an application in SpotLight, and then you tap on one of the application search results, it will launch the application. Instead, if you just want a way to find the application icon on your home screen quickly, so that you can move it somewhere else or even delete it, then check out a new free jailbreak tweak called Icon Finder by iOS developer Merlin.
Rather than having you carefully comb through all of your home screen's application pages and folders, this tweak makes it easy for you to locate an application icon on your home screen when you have no idea where it might be hiding. This will save you time and frustration.
When you type the name of an application into SpotLight, you can tap and hold on one of the application search results, and suddenly, you will be taken to the application icon for that search result, weather it was on the home screen somewhere, or it was in a folder somewhere, as shown above.
Icon Finder is really easy to use and will surely come in handy for those that have a truckload of applications on their device and sometimes have trouble looking for the application that they want to get to. If you want to give the tweak a try, Icon Finder is available in Cydia's BigBoss repository for free. It does require iOS 7 to be installed.
Name: Icon Finder
Requirements: iOS 7.0-7.0.5
Tested on: iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.4
Editor's Rating: / 4.5/5
