'QuickStrobe' Gives You a Strobe Light in iOS 7 As Soon As You Need One
Don't show up to that party without a strobe light! Your iPhone has a powerful rear-facing LED flash that makes a great flashlight, and it can make a great strobe light too.
There are plenty of App Store applications that offer flashlight and strobe light functionality in an application form, but with iOS 7, you have a nice flashlight button in Control Center that basically makes installing any flashlight application useless. And now, with a new free jailbreak tweak, you can add strobe light functionality to that flashlight button as well.
Dubbed QuickStrobe by iOS developer CFarzaneh, this new jailbreak tweak lets you tap and hold on the flashlight button to turn on strobe light mode with the rear-facing LED light on your iPhone. It'll flash at a steady rate, and when you're ready to turn off strobe light mode, you can tap and hold on the flashlight button in Control Center again.
While the LED light is strobing, the flashlight button in Control Center will blink indicating that the flashlight button is in strobe mode.
QuickStrobe currently has no options to configure, but the developer has plans to give users the ability to choose the strobe speed in the future with an upcoming preferences pane in the Settings application. If you want to give QuickStrobe a try, it's available in Cydia's ModMyi repository for free. The tweak requires iOS 7.
Requirements: iOS 7.0-7.0.4, iPhone with LED flash
Tested on: iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.4

This doesn't seem to work on iPhone 5S.
