Default 'NoNewMark' Disables the Annoying Blue Dot That Shows Up Under Updated Apps in iOS 7

When you update applications in iOS 7, you get a little blue dot indicator under the application icon next to the application name. This is to help you distinguish the application that just got updated on your home screen easier.

Whether or not you like this feature is a question to think about, but if you update numerous applications at once, you might find these little dots to be annoying, as you need to open each and every one of your updated applications to get rid of the dots under them.

A new free jailbreak tweak called NoNewMark by iOS developer Frostbite will disable the blue dot indicator that shows up next to the names of applications that get updated. It does so automatically. This way, you won't have to open each and every one of your updated applications just to get rid of the blue dot.

NoNewMark is obviously a tweak for those with OCD out there, but if you don't mind the blue dot, since you'll be opening all of your applications anyway, then you won't have to worry about installing the tweak. On the other hand, if you think it will offer just a little extra convenience to you, you will find the tweak in Cydia's ModMyi repository right now for free.

NoNewMark has no options to configure.

    Name: NoNewMark
    Price: FREE
    Verison: 0.0.1-5
    Requirements: iOS 7.0-7.0.4
    Repo: ModMyi
    Developer: Frostbite
    Editor's Rating:  3/5

NOTE: MobileSubstrate isn't ready for the 64-bit architecture yet, nor are many jailbreak tweaks, including this one. Install on 32-bit devices only until further notice.

I think that's a stock background, under the Dynamic choices in iOS 7.

Give me a break, what a waste of effort. If that blue dot really is an issue you need to see a shrink.

I kinda like the dot but I wish it would disappear after a day if I don't open the updated app before then. Some apps I don't really use so I don't like the dot sitting there reminding me that I don't use it.

Actually now that I look at that dot just sitting there I do find it quite threatening

Isn't there a way to change the color of this dot?
I have a nice theme called 0bscure 7 in black and white, with a little bit of red.
I would like to see the dot in red for example.
Does anyone know how to change the color?
