Default Apple Store iOS App Currently Offering Holiday Playlist Download at No Cost

Apple recently started offering digital download content from its Apple Store application for iOS to increase user interest in the Apple Store application as a way to make the company's product lineup more well-known. Recent offerings include the Color Zen game from the App Store, and the Away in My Plane book from the iBooks store.

Getting in line with the holidays, Apple has now started offering a holiday music playlist in the Apple Store iOS application. The songs included in the free playlist are listed below:

    • Ave Maria, by II Vollo
    • Children Go Where I Send Thee, by Nick Lowe
    • Duck the Halls, by The Robertsons
    • Joy to the World, by Celtic Woman
    • Silent Night, by Kelly Clarkson
    • The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire), by Kool and the Gang
    • The First Noel, by Mary J Blige
    • What Child is This, by Marvin Sapp

If you want to grab the free holiday music playlist, you'll need to launch your Apple Store application on your iOS device and find the link from the main page. The offer for downloading this holiday music playlist ends on December 31st, 2013.

Even if you don't have the Apple Store application for iOS installed already, you can download it for free from the App Store via this link and find your free holiday music playlist contained within.
