Default 'AlarmControl' Lets You Easily Toggle All Alarms On or Off With a New Button

To make life easier for those of you that rely on the alarm functionality on your iOS devices to wake up every day and to remember things every day, a jailbreak tweak developer known as Thomas Finch has created a new free jailbreak tweak dubbed AlarmControl.

With AlarmControl, you can easily toggle all of your active alarms on or off from the Clock application of your iOS device with a new "Toggle Alarms" button that is added to the top of the interface, as shown above.

The idea behind the tweak is to give you an easy way to turn all of your alarms on or off at once with a simple tap, which can be insanely useful if you have multiple alarms throughout the day and donít want to go through the list one-by-one enabling and disabling all of your alarms. If you know you need to be quiet on one specific day because you have meetings or tests, this tweak can come in handy to silence all of your alarms.

Since the button either toggles all alarms on or off at the same time, thereís no way to discriminate between specific alarms. The button cannot toggle only certain alarms and leave others alone. You will have to configure manual alarm preferences on your own. It's a very basic concept.

If you want to give AlarmControl a try, it's available right now in Cydia's BigBoss repository for free. The tweak doesn't have any options to configure.

Nice, but I have to be the first negative one in here....the Pull TO Disable Alarms is waaaaay more convenient. And both enables and disables now. Nice tweak though.

I would just use SIRI to do this. "Turn off all alarms", "Turn on all alarms"

Feasible on newer devices, but those with iPhone 4 and older don't have Siri.
