How to Add iOS 7's Burst Mode Camera to Earlier Versions of iOS
iOS 7ís burst mode camera feature can be very useful. It allows you to tap and hold on the shutter button from the Camera application to take multiple photographs in rapid succession. If youíre trying to capture a high-speed event, this can be the perfect tool to ensure that you frame the right moment.
If you donít have iOS 7, or have an older device where burst mode isnít supported, you can use a new jailbreak tweak to enable burst mode camera on your iOS device. The new jailbreak tweak is called Burst mode by iOS developer PoomSmart, and is free in Cydia right now.
After installing the tweak, you can head over to the Settings application and youíll find a preferences pane for Burst mode:
You will need to enable the tweak via the toggle switch before you can start using it. Afterwards, you will be able to adjust the time of delay between holding down the shutter button and when the burst shots actually begin. You will also be able to adjust the interval at which burst photographs are taken.
The tweak also comes with some additional functionality, which not even iOS 7 burst mode camera users have. For example, you can enable or disable the iris animation, enable or disable the preview animation, enable or disable the live preview well, and choose to enable or disable burst mode camera either while the camera flash or the HDR option are enabled.
This tweak doesn't have a 999 photograph limit like Apple's burst mode camera does, so in a way, it's a little more complex and feature-filled than Apple's own stock option is. If you want to give Burst mode a try, it's available in Cydia's BigBoss repository at no cost, which is a steal to have all of this functionality at your fingertips. Burst mode is compatible with both iOS 5 and iOS 6 on iPhones, iPod touches, and iPads.

Ugh, on first I thought the news is about "Slo-Mo" on older devices/iOSes O.o... I was so happy, and about 2 seconds from oppening the news I understood that I had misunderstood... But still, great tweak, hope many will find it useful, will give it a try, it's more than cool now that is even FREE

Is burst mode in ios 7 as slow as this is? I can take pictures manually faster than this burst mode.
