Default Fandango iOS App Updated With All-new iOS 7 Interface, and a Number of New Features

When you’re out and about and looking for information on movies nearby, you might resort to a popular free application in the App Store called Fandango. Fandango has just updated their iOS application Thursday morning, bringing the application up to version 5.9.

With Thursday’s update, the Fandango application has been given a redesigned application interface for iOS 7, adding interface changes such as the flatter tab icons, the taller navigation bar, new keyboard style, and a full screen-style application appearance.

In addition, a number of new features have been added to the application. Users can now purchase movie tickets and watch movie trailers right from the Spotlight section of the application. You will be able to filter movies depending on your interest groups, making for a more interesting selection.

Fandango has also added support for exclusive videos and offers, added an improved search engine that can predict what you want to search for before you actually finish typing, and brought back the popularly demanded “Go Now!” feature to make it very simple to get movie tickets for a movie that you want to see.

Existing users of the Fandango application will find the update under the Updates tab in the App Store. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of the Fandango application for free from this App Store link. It's a universal application and runs on the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.

I'm currently using Flixster as my movie time app. Can anyone suggest this over that?
