    well, thats cool and all, but pretty much nobody is going to be able to make the fingerprint part... so I'm not worried. I'm even less worried, since I don't have an iPhone 5S...

    Yeah... But how did thief knew SIM PIN which he had to had because of gmail pwd reset sms (when the phone wiped it asks you for PIN)

    I've often wondered this, as well. Just lock the phone down completely and only give access to the buttons for music controls and a swipe for answering/ muting phone calls. Everything else should be accessible only once the phone is unlocked.

    thats not a security flaw on the android thats just a horrible idea

    if theyre going to add face recognition they should have added some sort of infra red 3d imagine device to you cant hold a picture up to it

    I really expect more from "security researchers" because this is rather obvious and something someone with half a brain could discover. I respect if they find things like pressing 1111 holding the sleep button then going to emergency blah blah blah and then it unlocks, because no one unqualified would discover that. But things like this are very obvious.
