If it does happen like you suggested, can you imagine the price of a jailbroken 64g Iphone 5s on Ebay! Lol

Yep! I broke my iPhone 4, had to get a 5 out of necessity and it came with iOS 6.1.4. Now I'm on iOS 7 waiting patiently for a jailbreak.

Has anyone else noticed that iOS 7 kills their battery faster. My iPhone 5 is horrible now

Honestly mine seems to last longer, one thing that saves a huge amount of battery is taking off auto brightness and adjusting it yourself as necessary.

While I'm as anxious as everyone to have a new jailbreak, I think we may be waiting a while.. even if they find a way to do it soon.

The reason being is that this is such a major release for Apple that they will probably be rolling out patches like this for a bit.. it might be 7.1 before we see a jailbreak.

Personally I don't mind that much because all of the major things I used in a jailbreak are now available because Apple ripped off the JB community.. the only thing I crave a JB for is to replace the flat UI!!

    I only jailbroke for ..

    1. To store more apps per folder, iOS7 fixed that
    2. To block people I didn't want to hear from, without paying $5.00/mo for my phone company to do it, iOS7 fixed that
    3. Quick reply to SMS, iOS still doesn't have that...

OTA runs a lot SLOWER than through Itunes with the cable, especially if you have lots of apps \, etc.

I hope the jailbreak doesn't take too long! =)

Aw, that's not good. I'm already jailbroken and fine, I just wanna' start working on theming for iOS7, haha. It's gonna' be awhile anyhow since Winterboard is said to probably not work on 7 for quite awhile after a JB. Sad news. =(

Bottom line is.............. Does 7x allow you to theme like JB? No
I don't know...I had 7 on my iPad Mini and loved it!!! I am back to 6.1.3 and absolutely HATE IT, now. The jailbreak better be worth it!

I don't theme my devices so that's not a bonus for me. All I care about (for an iPad) is Iconoclasm (5 Top & Bottom), KBShortcuts and KillBackground. Everything else is already on iOS 7.

You might as well just stick with ios7 if that's all you're gonna do.

I'm guessing you updated rather than a clean install of iOS7?
With a clean restore the battery lasts longer than iOS6.

Prolly because your technology is 4 years behind.

I'm still on the fence. I downgraded the day before 7 released 'just because.'

IOS 7 is really for the A6 and 7 not for older phones[/QUOTE]

A4 runs iPhone 4. Did you just answer my statement? Anyways I'm not trolling. Ios7 is a big update. Not for older phones. And iPhone 4 has 512mb of ram.

    just one of many articles

don't know if the supposed work around will fix it 100 %
IOS 7 is really for the A6 and 7 not for older phones
Doesn't that article also link to the fix?

People often complain at first, it really doesn't appear to be a major problem.
