Tried on my jailbroken 4S (iOS 6.1.1) and it doesn't work at all. Tried changing voices during the call and nothing. Tried changing the voice then redialing the number. Nothing.

This is the best tweak that I ever see....
Most funny thing is when you call friends with caller ID off and turn some of the effect in VoiceChanger.....
Works like a charm on iPhone 5

North American carriers have, apparently, adapted standard GSM codes. You Learn something every day.

I have an i5. I bought the app and tried it. No one could understand me. The real problem is that I can no longer hear the people on my phone, unless I use speaker or Bluetooth.
