Default Mailbox for iOS Updated With iPhone Landscape Support, Aliases

The highly popular Mailbox e-mail client for iOS by Orchestra, Inc. has been updated Thursday to version 1.3.2.

Mailbox now has support for Landscape mode on the iPhone and iPod touch, allowing for a better reading experience for e-mails and e-mail composition. In addition, the update adds support for G-mail aliases, allowing users to take advantage of the popular "Send As" feature. Apart from these new features, the application has gained some bug fixes that improve the application's stability and user experience.

Mailbox for iOS still only supports G-mail e-mail accounts, but Orchestra continues to promise that support for additional e-mail providers is coming soon. There is still no news as to what kinds of providers will be supported and when.

Existing users of Mailbox will find the update under the Updates tab in the App Store. Alternatively, users can download the latest version of Mailbox for free from this App Store link.
