'DoubleTap' Offers Quick Gesture Toggles for Rotation Lock, Brightness, or Volume
If you’re one of those iPhone users that always seems to need quick access to adjusting the screen brightness, the volume, or just needs to toggle the rotation lock for convenience, then a new free jailbreak tweak called DoubleTap by iOS developer Alan Yip might be for you.
As the name implies, the tweak makes use of double-tap gestures. After installing the tweak, you will be able to double-tap on your iPhone's screen with three fingers to toggle rotation lock on or off. You will also be able to double-tap on your iPhone's screen with three fingers and then without letting go, drag up or down with three fingers to adjust the iPhone's brightness level or volume level (depending on what you pick).
From the tweak's preferences pane in the Settings application, you can enable or disable the Rotation Lock toggle and/or the brightness/volume toggle. You can pick for the volume/brightness toggle gesture to adjust the brightness or the volume depending on your tastes, or to disable it outright. You can even make the volume HUD hide or show as you adjust the volume level, depending on your preference:
Notably, the tweak replaces the three-finger zoom feature in iOS’ accessibility options to make this possible, so if you take advantage of three-finger zoom, you won’t be able to use it after installing this tweak until you uninstall the tweak.
If you want to give DoubleTap a try, it’s available in Cydia’s BigBoss repository completely free. The tweak works on iOS devices running iOS 5.0 or later.

Kinda cool. But SB settings and a few other tweaks already address this issue for quick access. And as well, you can set this action in activator for the same function for feature as well. Activator will do just about anything

This is a great free tweak. Thanks to the developer. Easier and quicker than Auxo toggles and the like.Using and jailbreaking iPhones since 2007.
