How to Get a Somewhat iOS 7-like Lock Screen On Your Jailbroken iOS 6 Device
While iOS 7 won’t be out for the public for some time, some of you are developers and have access to the iOS 7 beta. While it may be tempting, we still think you should stick with your iOS 6 firmware and your jailbreak. Luckily as expected, the jailbreak community is already working on iOS 7-ifying the iOS 6 experience.
One way to start is with a new WinterBoard theme that makes the lock screen look a lot more like the lock screen on iOS 7. The theme is shown above, and as you can see, the lock screen clock no longer has the glass behind it, and the slide to unlock slider is just plain text without a slider just like it is in iOS 7. There are some text differences, but that’s hard to point out without seeing the actual iOS 7 lock screen right next to this one.
The theme gives you the full lock screen wallpaper experience by eliminating all of the things that would usually overlay it. It even gets rid of the dark status bar to have the status bar elements directly on top of the wallpaper.
The things that are missing are the notification center grabber for the lock screen, since iOS 6 doesn’t offer that, and the control center grabber for the lock screen, since iOS 6 doesn’t offer that either. Notably, the Camera Grabber isn’t visible, but if you try to drag up, the Camera application will still open. You also can't unlock the device by dragging anywhere; you still have to drag on the Slide to Unlock bar.
The theme actually plays double-duty and removes the background color from behind the Status Bar on the home screen too:
While it may not be as full of functionality as the iOS 7 lock screen, it does do a pretty good job of trying to duplicate the effects for those that want to stick with iOS 6. If you would like to give it a try, you can find the theme for free in Cydia’s BigBoss repository.
The developer recommends that you use this theme in combination with a jailbreak tweak known as NoLockNotificationsBG to make notifications transparent on the lock screen like they are in iOS 7 under the name of "iOS 7 Lockscreen Theme."
We have a feeling that more themes like this will be coming out in the near future to try and bring more of an iOS 7 experience to iOS 6 devices. Keep your eyes peeled as we keep you updated.
Name: iOS 7 Lockscreen Theme

I like it, but there's no status bar background in the photos app so pictures and time, battery, etc clash.

I still think Forecast is the best lock screen addon/tweak. You get to see the time and the weather without even unlocking your device.

It would be nice if you could use your own wallpaper. Only reason I downloaded it was to get rid of the darker status bars.

You all better get the iOS 7 theme before it possibly gets removed for being a copyright violation!

I found this repo:
and it has everything in it. The only thing I disabled is the Lockscreen because this Lockscreen theme is a 'little' better.
The other theme's Lockscreens show the camera but they're off center from Grabby.
I also have a feeling the signal indicators are bigger than on iOS 7 but I might be wrong...
UPDATE: iOS 7 Bars & Battery has just been released. It looks 'to me' like a more accurate view of the signal size

UPDATE 2: I decided I wanted to try and make a theme for the Wifi and Data icons! This is my take on what might look good.
Here's the files. Place inside the Themes folder:
I'll submit to MMI soon!
UPDATE 1 Million: Actually, I just threw everything (Full UI, Icons, Lockscreen, Signals) into one theme folder so here ya go!

If I could change anything it would be the STU text to be lowercase and the arrows and STU text to be an overlay
Would anyone wanna help?
