Default Gameloft Teases Modern Combat 5 With New Trailer Video

Gameloft, a well-known iOS game developer, officially released Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour just last December, and the graphics were stunning, the game play was amazing, and the user experience was just plain awesome. Already, Gameloft is beginning to tease the next sequel; Modern Combat 5:

Modern Combat 5 looks like it will have just as impressive graphics, and the game play appears to have a lot of vehicle assault mixed in with hand-to-hand combat. Often referred to as the mobile Call of Duty, Modern Combat gives the players a fun campaign mode as well as online multiplayer; players also get to choose from a large weapon arsenal.

The trailer doesn’t give us a whole lot of information about the upcoming game; we have no ETA, no idea how the game play will be, and no commentary from the developers. On the other hand, the sneak peek gives us assurance that the game developers are working hard on a sequel and they have yet to let us down in game quality with each Modern Combat release – it always gets better and better.

Are you looking forward to the release like we are?

Do we STILL not have a controller that will work with these games? C'MON its 2013!! Game looks beautiful for a mobile, but the idea of trying to play with the touchscreen kills the excitement for me quite a bit. I've seen some people play stuff on youtube with a PS3 controller - anyone know if that actually works? Or if it it works with Modern Combat 4? If so, then hopefully 5 will work. I love playing SNES games with my wiimote... I can't wait for a similar external controller experience with Modern Combat 5, Real Racing 3, N.O.V.A., or GTA games.

I've seen a steering wheel accessory that says it works with Asphalt 7. I'm sure it would work with GTA and/or Real Racing 3 as well if that's the case.

    its called an xbox? lol
a phone is meant to be portable...carrying around a controller for a portable device in a sense defeats the purpose.

take a look at the Nvidia Shield..

Download Blutrol from cydia. With Blutrol you can use numerous BT controllers. I am using it to play MC3 (and other games) with my PS3 controller-on the ipad mini. I actually picked up the controller from Craigslist just for this!

60Beat GamePad controller. No Batteries. Uses headphone jack. No JB needed.
Just need more support from devs. Why no wireless support?
No BT means your iPad/iPhone lasts longer and you can use it on the airplane.
