Default TinyUmbrella Updated to Support iOS 6.1.4

Apple unexpectedly released a new version of iOS earlier recently, iOS 6.1.4. The new version of iOS only included a single item in its change log which was an updated audio profile for the iPhone 5. Those of you who are currently jailbroken on iOS 6.1.2 already know to stay away from the update but for those of you who already updated, thereís a new version of TinyUmbrella out that youíll likely want to use.

Notcom posted on the TinyUmbrella blog that he updated the popular SHSH blob-saving tool to support for the recent iOS update. If you happen to be on iOS 6.1.4, youíll want to grab it. Remember, itís better to be safe than sorry and even though iOS 6.1.4 is unlikely to be jailbroken, there isnít any way of knowing what will come in handy down the line and what wonít.

As mentioned before, those of you who are on iOS 6.1.3 or below donít need to worry about this!

Seems funny how that when firmware that can't be jailbroken is released we receive a Tiny update the same day. Firmwares that can be jailbroken (and need of downloading the shsh right away is important) take months for Tiny to get updated forcing people to use redsn0w to get their file.

    Every firmware should be jailbroken.

+1, if you have to get a new phone or have to restore your software for some reason, your screwed and have to wait 8 months for the next jailbreak to come out. There will always be exploits and the devs said they were stockpiling exploits in ios5 too and look how long it took them to jb iOS 6.

For those complaining about no jb for 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 I'm sure the saved exploits on iOS 6 will be used to jailbreak those firmwares if iOS 7 breaks them but 6.1.4 did not. Chill out.
Using and jailbreaking iPhones since 2007.

Has nothing to do with being ungrateful, it's just being realistic. You have to be lucky to at least not have to restore once in a 12 month period, or you don't use any tweaks.

+1 I'm very greatful. I'm just very over protective of tweaks breaking the os and having to restore.

For those saying this is useless:

The reason they release updates for TU is so that we can save blobs to be used for a later time.If and When that time comes if you didn't save them your out of luck. So save them blobs ninjas
