Back in December of last year, Google Released the YouTube Capture application for iOS, which gave YouTube users a way to easily record and edit videos that would later be uploaded to YouTube. The YouTube Capture application received its first update with some snazzy new features in February, and has now received its second update this Thursday morning, bringing it to version 1.3.

Thursday’s update adds the ability to view previews of enhanced videos in high definition, giving you the best demonstration possible of what your video edits will look like after you upload the video to YouTube. The update also gives users the ability to toggle an "Upload on Wi-Fi Only" option, which will limit people to Wi-Fi only when uploading videos so they don't eat through their data plans trying to share videos with the world.

Other improvements to the YouTube Capture application include faster launch speed, the displaying of the time remaining to upload videos, and some bug fixes and stability improvements.

Existing users of YouTube Capture will find the update in under the Updates tab of the App Store. Alternatively, users can download the latest version of YouTube Capture from the App Store via this App Store link. YouTube Capture is a universal application for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.
