Creator of Fruit Ninja Releases New Game: Fish Out of Water!
Halfbrick Studios, the creator of the popular iOS game Fruit Ninja that was named the App of the Week last week, has released yet another title into the iOS App Store called Fish Out of Water!
Fish Out of Water! is another time-killing game where you pick three fish from a collection of six fish and throw them to get the furthest distance and highest number of skips that you can get. Each fish has different abilities, so you’ll want to pick the ones you feel the most comfortable with. You can only use each fish once per round.
To throw a fish, you will grab them from underwater, and fling them to the right side of the screen to get them going. You will notice distance markers that are counted by 10 to tell you how far you've made it. You will skip off of the surface of the water multiple times too – the more skips, the better:
The weather changes hourly, so conditions are constantly changing – the application description sites tsunamis, icebergs, and jelly fish swarms. After you’ve thrown all 3 fish, you will end a round of the game and five crabs will rate your performance on a scale from 1 to 10:
