'Voice Memo Toggle for Activator' Lets You Record a Voice Memo Instantly

If you ever find yourself needing to quickly save a voice memo for yourself, then a new free jailbreak tweak called Voice Memo Toggle for Activator by iOS hacker and developer Ryan Petrich might come in handy for you.

The tweak is a simple Activator add-on that can be used to instantly start recording a voice memo via the Voice Memos application built into iOS. When you invoke the Activator action, the Voice Memos application will open up and begin recording immediately without any additional input required:



Activator itself comes with the ability to launch the Voice Memos application, however the application won’t start recording your voice until you tap on the record button – this is where the add-on comes in handy, not requiring any additional input from the user and making it faster than ever before to record voice memos on the fly.

The tweak isn’t on any public repositories yet, so to download Voice Memo Toggle for Activator, you’ll need to add Ryan Petrich’s beta repository to Cydia. To add Ryan Petrich’s beta repository to Cydia, follow the steps below:

• tap on the Manage tab
• tap on the Sources button
• tap on the Edit button
• tap on the Add button
