SendAny + ReceiveAny Get iOS 6 Support
Two popular jailbreak tweaks, SendAny and ReceiveAny – both a collaborative effort between iOS developers Ryan Petrich and Nikos Lykousas, have received iOS 6 support this Tuesday afternoon.
In case you’re not familiar with the tweaks, they allow users to send and receive any file that they want to with iMessage on an iOS device. They are separate tweaks – SendAny being $2.99, and ReceiveAny being free. SendAny has its own built-in file browser that you can use to attach files to an iMessage. ReceiveAny will let you open files that you receive in all kinds of applications, such as Dropbox, Textastic, or ifile just to name a few.
The tweaks are built into the Messages application very nicely, as the stock photo attachment button in the Messages application is transformed into a paperclip button that you can tap on to bring up the file browser. You can send files to any other iOS device, or Mac with Messages installed on it. Only iOS devices with ReceiveAny installed will be able to open your non-native files (therefore, it's a free tweak). Macs can open just about any file as it is.
To use ReceiveAny when you receive a non-native file on your iOS device, just tap on the file icon from the chat bubble to bring up an interface where you can select an application to open the file with.
Both SendAny and ReceiveAny are available with iOS 6 support right now in Cydia’s BigBoss repository. These are great tweaks to beef up the capabilities of any iOS device. They're also useful for sending files to yourself to use on the fly. Current owners of SendAny can upgrade for free, new users can buy it for $2.99 – ReceiveAny is already free.

SendAny is causing Messages to crash upon selecting a conversation or composing a new message. Once uninstalled, Messages works fine again. What a waste, I hope an update it released soon.

I think attacherpro is better, you can send voice messages, paint and send display recordings directly from it, also attachments+ is good for sending and saving attachments via email. Both are ios6 compatible and dont cause any problems on my iphone 5
